Ok!, lets talk a bit about the inspiration behind this shoot. We wanted to do something that is quite sublime but still very expressive, very bold. Our reference pictures were based on expressionism art which consist of loud-mouth colours(we choose black and white so we can focus on the emotions), heavy brush strokes suggesting movements and gestures. Another idea behind this is also a double self-portrait(Schiele) almost like a doppelgänger where there is an interaction between a replica of oneself.
